Great stay for a city trip! the rooms were modern and very comfortable with a new-looking bathroom and a great shower. the location was also perfect, close to major attractions and with easy access to the airport. the staff was helpful and friendly, and the food and drink were delightful, great quality at reasonable prices. the continental breakfast on a tray was a nice touch, and we also enjoyed having a plastic boot tray in the room for our wet shoes.

Spent Christmas at this pub with my partner, very good location with easy access to both Heathrow and Gatwick airports. The food exceeded our expectations, top-quality dishes with very affordable prices. The room was spacious and beds very comfortable.
The service is poor, waiters were rude and ignored us for most of our meals. The decor of the room was old fashioned and needed renovation.

The hotel provided excellent value for money, with modern and clean rooms that had new looking bathrooms and great showers over the bath. The attention to detail was evident, with a plastic boot tray provided for wet boots, which was a thoughtful touch. The location next to the pub was convenient, allowing guests to enjoy the atmosphere and even watch a cricket match played on the club pitch behind the pub. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Our experience at this hotel was fantastic, with no major issues to report.
